Baby Pool

We have a winner!  Nobody picked the correct time slot so, because we’re playing The Price Is Right rules, the closest without going over is the winner.  Chung Nguyen, our talented friend, has won the baby pool and will be receiving a surprise… more info when we have more time to figure out the logistics.

No, I’m not talking about a little plastic tub full of water and urine!  I’m talking about guessing when baby Freckle will actually pop out!

UPDATE!  Due to popular demand, I am expanding the pool to add four time slots per day!  You can pick one time slot and it’s not limited to one per household anymore.  The time slots are:

• Night (12:00am – 5:59am)
• Morning (6:00am – 11:59am)
• Afternoon (12:00pm – 5:59pm)
• Evening (6:00pm – 11:59pm)

People who picked a date first get first dibs on their time slot.  Feel free to edit your comment below to include your slot!

Here are the rules:

1. We’re doing “The Price Is Right” rules:  closest to the actual date and time without going over.
2. Pick a date and time slot that hasn’t been picked yet.  No doubling up!
3. One date per household.  I don’t know how many people read this actively, but we want to make sure everyone gets a chance to play!
4. The pool ends when Jenny goes into labor.
5. The winning date and time is the date and time on the birth certificate.
6. Once you make your entry, you can’t change it.  Sorry, Adam.
7. Winner gets a surprise!

PS – You are welcome to try to game the system by waiting to make your pick.  But keep in mind that people will be locking up dates and you can only have one person per day.  We have well over 60 people coming to the baby shower and there are fewer than 60 days left until August 12…
